Call for Artists

ROHO ART & COFFEE

Shows Open: 3rd Thursday of every month from 6—9 pm

Shows Duration: through the 2^nd Thursday of the following month

Grand Opening: October 16 – November 15, 2008.

Where: Roho Art & Coffee, 29 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801

--Downtown Orlando: the corner of South Orange Ave. & Pine St.

--in CityArts Factory Building

Devoted to art created by artists of Hispanic heritage and/or art with a Hispanic theme.

Please send bio information and images of your original art to maria@rohoartandcoffee.com or call 407.423.4300 for an appointment to have your art considered for a show.

All mediums, including painting, drawing, printmaking, photography, mixed media and sculpture MUST be originals (no prints).

Commission: There will be a commission plus credit card fees (if applicable) payable to Roho Art & Coffee on all sold art work whether the sale is in the shop, through www.rohoartandcoffe.com/gallery, or through www.rohoartandcoffee.com/archives .

Entry Procedure: All submissions MUST be labeled on the back of each piece with the following information: Artist Name, Title, Medium and Price. A short artist bio or statement is required with entry form for our records and to display in gallery.

Show Policies:

1. All work must be original (no prints).

2. Art work must be framed and/or ready for hanging or display, i.e., A WIRE ON THE BACK.

3. All work must be professional and tasteful.

4. Submitted works should be dropped off at Roho Art & Coffee, 29 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32801

5. After show closing, it is required all work be picked up no later than the Monday before the third Thursday of the month. Roho Art & Coffee is not responsible for damage during storage to any work not picked up after pick up date. All art not picked up within 14 days of the show closure will become the property of Roho Art & Coffee.

7. Description of work including artist name, title, size, medium and price MUST be on the back of all works submitted. Work without this information will not be accepted.
